Shockey declines to talk about what led to his hospital stay: Tight end Jeremy Shockey declined to discuss Saturday what happened in the New Orleans Saints' weight room that led to his hospitalization May 27.

"I'm not here to talk about what happened a couple of weeks ago. I'm here to talk about today and the upcoming season," Shockey said. "That was definitely over with a week ago. I'm just happy to be healthy for the most part."

Saturday marked the first time Shockey had talked to media since he was taken to the hospital.

Saints coach Sean Payton said Friday that Shockey was dehydrated and had low blood sugar when his muscles seized up in the weight room for about a minute, unsettling teammates and sending trainers scrambling to his aid.

Shockey, 29, was able to walk to an ambulance after the episode.

Shockey said he experienced something similar when he was hospitalized after passing out at a poolside party in Las Vegas during the 2009 offseason, but did not want to discuss the latest incident.

Bills, linebacker Torbor agree on contract: The Buffalo Bills agreed to terms with Reggie Torbor, a little more than a week after the 29-year-old linebacker was cut by the Miami Dolphins. The contract reportedly is for two years.

Torbor, who spent his first four seasons with the New York Giants, can play inside or outside linebacker.

Meanwhile, Bills rookie left tackle Ed Wang of Virginia Tech was carted off the field with a left-leg injury.

Packers player reportedly is investigated for alleged sexual assault: Police in a south-central Wisconsin community say a Green Bay Packers player is under investigation for the alleged sexual assault of two women early Saturday.

Police in Lake Delton, outside of Madison, have not identified the player and say no one has been arrested. Sgt. Gerald Grimsled said officers responded to a Lake Delton condo on a report two women were sexually assaulted.

Grimsled said seven Packers were questioned and all cooperated. He said they were all released but police are still investigating whether one of the players was involved in assaulting the women.

Grimsled said the six others are not suspected of criminal activity. They are Matthew Flynn, Khalil Jones, Joshua Sitton, Korey Hall, Bradley Jones and Clay Matthews.

Blackhawks seek to regroup after two road losses: When they won the first two games of the best-of-seven Stanley Cup Final, the Chicago Blackhawks were soaring.

A trip to Philadelphia brought them back to reality, as the Flyers beat them twice to even the series.

Game 5 is Sunday in Chicago.

The Blackhawks realize they have to adjust — to the Flyers' speed, to Philly's rugged defense led by veteran Chris Pronger, to their own inability to get scoring from their top players — or risk losing what they have come this far to achieve.

Chicago coach Joel Quenneville is expected to mix some lines and the defense hopes to give goaltender Antti Niemi more support in Game 5.

Bruins sign Seidenberg to extension: The Boston Bruins have signed defenseman Dennis Seidenberg, 28, to a four-year contract extension.

Wittels extends streak, but team is eliminated: Florida International shortstop Garrett Wittels extended his hitting streak to 56 games — the same number as Joe DiMaggio's major-league-record hit streak in 1941 — but the Golden Panthers were eliminated with a 15-9 loss to Dartmouth in the NCAA Coral Gables regional.

Sophomore Wittels hit an RBI double in the first inning, leaving him two games shy of the NCAA Division I record set by Oklahoma State's Robin Ventura in 1987.

Wittels' quest to surpass Ventura's record will resume next season.

Wittels went 3 for 5 and finished the season with a .417 average.
